Returns Policy

At The Reform Co, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your reformer, please read our returns policy below.

Returning Your Reformer

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please note, we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.

Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow assembly instructions. This is subject to the terms of our Limited Reformer Warranty.

Because of the size and weight of reformers, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee of $250 or more will apply. If the reformer is returned damaged, with missing parts, or shows signs of misuse, The Reform Co reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge an additional restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@thereformcoau.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the reformer (including any accessories if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Accessories and Other Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used, worn, or purchased as sale items:

  • Activewear

  • Socks

  • Accessories

  • Drink bottles

  • Mats

  • Towels

All other eligible returns or exchanges for accessories must be requested within 14 days of purchase and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. A $10 return shipping fee will apply, which will either be deducted from your refund or payable before exchange items are shipped.

Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.

Responsibility for Returns

The Reform Co is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Please ensure you retain your tracking details when sending a return.
