We are proud to offer free shipping across Australia on all reformers. No hidden costs or surprise fees - the price you see is the price you pay.

International Shipping:
Watch this space. We hope to open orders by the end of the year  to many of our friends overseas!

Made to Order

Each reformer is made to order and shipped directly from our trusted manufacturer. This ensures your equipment is freshly produced, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged before leaving the factory.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 6–8 weeks for your reformer to be manufactured and arrive from the date of purchase. While we work hard to keep delivery within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to shipping and customs processes. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

We understand you may want your reformer sooner. Rest assured we are working on how we can reduce wait times, without increasing pricing or compromising on quality.

The reason we are able to provide reformers at competitive prices from our competitors, is we strive to make reformers to order to limit stock on hand and warehouse space and offering standard ocean shipping vs express options. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your reformer has been dispatched, you will receive updates on the carrier details so you can follow your delivery until it reaches your door.
